Setup: Extract the file in the rar, and replace the original file with the 0_sound.afs file in the folder C:\Program files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 4\dat\*

* this is the default path - please notice that this path could be different according to your OS language and to your PES5 setup options

This sound patch modifies some chants of the Solidus J2K CC-Patch AIO v3 and modifies all the original music of the menu of Pro Evolution Soccer 4 PC.
